Exodus 12:12

12For aI will pass through the land of Egypt that night, and I will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and on ball the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments: cI am the Lord.

1 Samuel 5:2-4

2Then the Philistines took the ark of God and brought it into the house of Dagon and set it up beside dDagon. 3And when the people of Ashdod rose early the next day, behold, eDagon had fallen face downward on the ground before the ark of the Lord. So they took Dagon and put him back in his place. 4But when they rose early on the next morning, behold, Dagon had fallen face downward on the ground before the ark of the Lord, fand the head of Dagon and both his hands were lying cut off on the threshold. Only the trunk of Dagon was left to him.

Isaiah 21:9

9And behold, here come riders,
horsemen in pairs!”

hFallen, fallen is Babylon;
iand all the carved images of her gods
he has shattered to the ground.”

Isaiah 46:1-2

The Idols of Babylon and the One True God

1 jBel bows down; Nebo stoops;
their idols are on beasts and livestock;
these things you carry are borne
as burdens on weary beasts.
2They stoop; they bow down together;
they cannot save the burden,
but kthemselves go into captivity.

Jeremiah 43:12

12 lI shall kindle a fire min the temples of the gods of Egypt, and he shall burn them nand carry them away captive. oAnd he shall clean the land of Egypt pas a shepherd cleans his cloak of vermin, and he shall go away from there in peace.

Jeremiah 46:25

25The Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, said: “Behold, I am bringing punishment upon qAmon of rThebes, and Pharaoh and Egypt sand her gods and her kings, upon Pharaoh and those who trust in him.

Jeremiah 50:2

2 Declare among the nations and proclaim,
set up a banner and proclaim,
conceal it not, and say:
tBabylon is taken,
uBel is put to shame,
Merodach is dismayed.
vHer images are put to shame,
her idols are dismayed.’

Jeremiah 51:44

44And I will punish wBel in Babylon,
and xtake out of his mouth ywhat he has swallowed.
zThe nations shall no longer flow to him;
aathe wall of Babylon has fallen.
